Your package will need a signature, it will be fully insured, and you will be provided with a tracking code so you can keep an eye on its progress. Here are the estimated delivery times, as stated by the Royal Mail;

Processing an order takes between 1-2 weeks as your ring is made by hand.This includes ordering raw material and getting a hallmark.

*Fast-Track is available at a small fee, please email in and we can schedule your work*
RETURNS - If you are not happy with your ring, we will offer you an 80% refund of the price upon receipt of the returned ring. This is because your ring is made specifically for you, so the 20% helps pay for the work already completed and helps with shipping fees.

EXCHANGES - However we want to work with you until you are completely satisfied, if this means altering your ring slightly or swapping it for one more suited (a fee may apply for the making of a new product)
